A typical horror comedy film offers very good laugh in the second half when the foursome – Sadhu Kokila, Ravishanker, Chikkanna and Kuri Pratap assemble in the house for sale.

Manju Swaraj has picked a horror comedy this time and noted producer SV Babu made a right choice in giving fun for the audience. It is a Paisa Vasool film.

‘Mane Maarattakkide’ has very good surprise elements and the ghost factor in the film is different from other films. It is a huge mansion like house ready for sale. The sale is not happening so easily because the four ghost – Shivaramanna, Shruthi Hariharan, Giri and Baby Prashwitha well in the house.

The deal amount for sale of this house is dipping because of this ‘Ghost’ factor. To this house four in need of money come to alert the ‘Ghosts’. That is Raghupathi, Raghava, Raja and Rama.

The foursome are in badly need of money to bail out from their problems. All four club in this house. All four narrate their flashback of life. The target of giving an impression that the house is free from ghosts solves all the problems.

The foursome achieves in reaching the task and get their needs fulfilled is the end part of this film that is very good in character selections.

It is a cake walk in acting for Sadhu, Chikkanna, Ravishanker and Kuri Pratap. The mimicry of various actors by Kuri Pratap is superb. Ravishanker as hearing impaired, Chikkanna with hole in the heart, Sadhu Kokila to settle his family with this earning given freestyle performance.

Shruthi Hariharan, Karunya Ram, Shivaramanna, Baby Prashvitha and Giri are too good in their roles. Rajesh Nataranga getting different role has remained loyal to his role.

Abhiman Roy two songs in the film are ‘Kelabal’! Suresh Babu wide angle, close up shots are a beauty to watch. Editing by NM Vishwa with different approach strikes the attention.

The concept of this film is found in real life too. This film getting connected to the audience is for sure. Go and watch this film.
